These terms govern your use of qafeel.co and the services arranged through it. By submitting a request or engaging our services, you agree to them.
1. What Qafeel is
Qafeel is a technology-enabled managed-services platform operated by Zing Concept LLC. We coordinate business setup, PRO, visa, tax, accounting, documentation and related services in the UAE. Qafeel is not a government authority and does not control or guarantee the decisions of any authority, bank or third party.
2. How services are delivered
Depending on the service, work is performed by our team, by appropriately qualified professionals, by licensed practitioners (for legal and regulated tax matters), or by authorised partners. Legal advice is only delivered through licensed professionals; automated or general information on this site is not legal, tax or immigration advice.
3. Quotations and fees
Every engagement begins with a free consultation and a written quotation stating Qafeel's professional fee, with government and third-party fees itemised separately. Work begins only after you accept the quotation. Government fees, requirements and timelines are indicative and subject to authority confirmation and change.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Approvals of visas, licences, registrations, bank accounts and similar outcomes are decided exclusively by the relevant authority or institution after their own checks. Qafeel prepares and submits applications diligently but cannot and does not guarantee approval, timing or outcome.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and information.
- Respond to requests for documents or clarifications promptly.
- Attend in person where a process legally requires it (e.g. biometrics).
- Pay agreed fees on time; government fees may be payable in advance.
Delays, rejections or penalties caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide are your responsibility.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Qafeel's total liability for any engagement is limited to the Qafeel professional fee actually paid for that engagement. Qafeel is not liable for decisions of authorities, banks or third parties, or for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Confidentiality and data
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy, sharing it only as needed to deliver the service you requested.

9. Intellectual property
The Qafeel name, logo and site content are our property or used with permission; you may not copy or reuse them without consent.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
